The onboarding form is 15 questions covering your firm, your voice, your clients, and your goals. It takes about 10 minutes and drives everything we write.

Form Review & Content Calendar
Days 1–5

Once your onboarding form is in, we get to work. We review every answer, flag any sensitivities, and build your first month of content around your firm's voice and goals.

  • Onboarding form reviewed in full
  • Any compliance restrictions or topic sensitivities noted
  • Month 1 content calendar built — 4 topics selected
  • Calendar sent to you for approval with a 48-hour window
You approve the topics before we write a single word. No surprises.

Kickoff
Days 5–7

Once the calendar is approved, we confirm the details and set expectations for the month ahead. An optional 20-minute call is available if you'd like to connect directly.

  • Delivery format confirmed — Google Doc via shared Drive folder
  • Review and approval process agreed upon
  • Delivery schedule, revision policy, and invoice date set
Revisions are capped at 2 rounds per piece — enough to get it right, structured enough to keep things moving.

First Content Delivery
Weeks 2–3

Your content arrives in two batches — Posts 1 and 2 in week two, Posts 3 and 4 by the end of week three. Each delivered via Google Drive with an email notification.

At the 30-day mark we check in to make sure everything is meeting your expectations — and make any adjustments before month two begins.
